1. Introduction

Welcome to Playhouse ("Company", "we", "our", "us")! These terms govern your access to our customer data export services during our wind-down period.

2. Service Wind-Down

Playhouse is ceasing operations. Customer data access will be available until December 31, 2025. After this date, all data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

3. Data Export Rights

Existing customers retain full rights to export their project files, assets, and associated data through our customer portal until the service termination date.

4. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our data export services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please contact us immediately.

5. Privacy & Data Security

We maintain strict security protocols for all customer data during the wind-down period. Your data will be permanently deleted after December 31, 2025, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All project files and content you export remain your intellectual property. Playhouse retains no rights to customer projects or data after export.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to maintain service quality during wind-down, Playhouse will not be liable for service interruptions. We recommend exporting your data promptly.

8. Support

Limited support is available for data export issues. Please contact us at support@playhouse.cafe with any concerns before November 30, 2025.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
